(3 bedrooms) There are two entry points, a set of French doors & a patio door, both lead into a large open plan area, with a lounge, dining & kitchen area (includes dishwasher), the stairs lead from the centre to the first floor, which has a double bed and bed settee and a cot in room 1, two singles in room 2 & three singles in room 3. Sleeps up to 7 in beds + baby. In the bathroom there is a combined bath/ shower and a pedestal sink, the w/c is separate with a hand sink, both are the ground floor. The total floor area is 108 mtrs sq approx. There is a small garden/patio area, with garden furniture & a BBQ.
