Into a large open plan area, with the lounge at the front which has a white leather sofa and two arm chairs & a TV. Further back is the dining room with a table for 8 people. In the rear left is the kitchen, with a bordeaux fitted kitchen, a chrome range cooker and large American chrome fridge freezer. In the rear right is a shower room/toilet with hand basin.
The stairs lead from the centre left to the first floor. Room 1, a double bed with a built in wardrobe, a chest of draws, 2 bedside tables. Room 2, bunk beds, a chest of draws, the wardrobe is on the landing and shared with room 3. Room 3, two single beds & a chest of draws. Room 4, an antique french double bed, an antique wardrobe, a chest of draws. In the bathroom there is a combined bath/ shower and a pedestal sink and a toilet. The total floor area is 110 meters sq approx. Outside there is a patio area, with garden furniture & a BBQ. Sleeps 8 people in beds, cots are available.
